Infinity Rehab is looking for an Occupational Therapist who is clinically driven and self-motivated for this four star 22 acre retirement community. This Retirement Community offers 65-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Facility and Independent Living. You will work with a very large and dynamic multi-disciplinary therapy team providing acute, inpatient and outpatient therapy to patients with conditions such as hip fractures, orthopedic, multiple trauma, neurologic, amputees, and cardiac. Full-time employment consists of 32 to 40 hours a week.

Two Positons available:
Seeking an OT or COTA to provide school district support either full or part time. Paid travel time to and from home in addition to paid travel between sites and mileage reimbursement. Mountain Home is only 40 minutes from Boise. Fully equipped therapy motor rooms. Come work with a fabulous team of professionals.
Also, seeking an OT to support Early Intervention-Infant and Toddlers ages 0-3 population 15-25 hours per week. Therapist with knowledge of treating Sensory Processing Disorders and/or oral motor experience a plus. Therapist will implement the evidence based practice model which is focused on enhancing the family's capacity to meet their child's needs through routine-based early intervention within the context of activity-based settings and a coaching style of interaction with families and between therapists. The model supports therapists in working as an interdisciplinary team through regular meetings, coaching co-visits, joint evaluations, and joint IFSP planning. Under the evidence based practices model, OT will be part of a full team, consisting of professionals from the following disciplines: OT, PT, SLP, developmental therapy, and service coordination.
Position requires current Idaho OT licensure. Excellent compensation, sign-on bonus, paid continuing education and paid travel time. Flexible hours and schedule.
