Cancellation policy:  Refunds must be requested in writing.  Full refunds will be granted to those requests at least two weeks prior to the activity.  There will be a twenty dollar ($20) administrative fee for any cancellation after that time.  There will be no refunds on requests received within forty-eight hours of the event.
